Terms
and Conditions:
To reserve
a day of heli skiing, full payment is required.
All reservations must be reconfirmed by 5:30 p.m.
the night prior to skiing.
Cancellations
prior to 14 days are charged a

administration fee, rain check or refund are available. Cancellations within 14 days
are charged a
$
administration fee, raincheck or refund are available. Cancellations within 24 hours lose
full amount for reserved day(s).
If weather or snow conditions dictate cancellation,
the reservation is moved to the next open day
or a rain check is offered. Rain checks are good
for
years and transferable. If you want a
refund a

fee is charged.
No refunds
for no shows, poor ability, fitness, equipment
failure or personal choice.
In the
event a day is cut short. You will be charged
as follows:

What
Guests Need to Know:
All seats must be reconfirmed by 5:30 the night
before or risk losing seats.
We can take three groups per day. We will sometimes
take a fourth group if the area we are skiing
is appropriate for it. This fourth “Stand-By”
group will be notified in the morning whether
or not they will be able to fly.
The extra run fee of

per person per run is
applicable to all programs.
Discount groups must designate a group leader
who will handle all reservations, paperwork, and
other organizational issues.
All paperwork must be completed before skiing.
Ski boots must be delivered to Sun Valley Heli
Ski the night before skiing if our skis are to
be used the following day.
Food Provided:
Snacks, water and lunch are provided.
Guests do not need to (and should not) bring
packs, etc. Extra clothing will be stored by the
guide. We prefer guests use our avalanche beacons
to ensure that they are fully operational.
Guests should be dressed warmly, in layers. Goggles
are a must due to rotor wash. There is a single,
remote outhouse at the helicopter staging area
at Baker Creek, but nowhere else.
SMOKY MOUNTAIN LODGE RESERVATIONS:
A Deposit of

advance.
Full payment is due 30 days in advance.
Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days in
advance will forfeit deposit
Cancellations less than 14 days result in full
forfeiture
