Cancelation

Unfortunately, all deposits and payments that our guests make are non-refundable except if we cannot fly for weather or any other reason.  If guests could cancel on us due to their own particular circumstance, whether it be injury, illness, including Covid, or any other reason, we would not be able to stay in business. For this reason, we highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.  Insuremytrip.com is a platform that allows guests to choose the policy of their choice from the provider of their choice.  In the event that we cannot fly for weather or any other reason, we will do our best to reschedule our guests for another day, depending on SVHS’s availability and their schedule.  If we are unable to do so, guests’ deposits will be returned less a 6% Administrative Fee to cover credit card and other costs.  Guests may also choose to keep their payments as a credit to be used for future trips.  For more specific details, please see Terms and Conditions.
