Smoky Mountain Lodge
The lodge is a unique experience for gatherings of all types: group ski trips, family vacations, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats - and more!
This cozy lodge accommodates up to 8 people. We offer 3 day 2 night lodge trips. The smoky mountain lodge is available on a limited basis. Trips are sold by the group and costs $64,000 for up to 8 people. Additional amenities can be added for an additional cost. Guests should contact us to explore this incredible remote lodge experience.
The lodge is a unique experience for gatherings of all types: group ski trips, family vacations, reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats - and more! If you’re looking for a remote heli ski lodge experience, the Smoky Mountain Lodge is right in Sun Valley’s backyard. It is much easier to access than lodges in British Columbia and Alaska.
All trips are customized to accommodate our clients’ specific wishes. The terrain accommodates intermediate and expert skiers and snowboarders.
General itinerary for your trip:

Arrange with office staff for delivery or pickup of luggage for the trip (excluding ski gear for Day 1)

• 8:15 AM: Arrive at Sun Valley Heli Ski's Headquarters at the Sun Valley Gun Club.
• 8:30 -9:30 AM: Helicopter, avalanche, and backcountry skiing safety presentation
• 9:30 AM: Group 1 departs for the field for an approximate 10–15-minute helicopter ride to our skiing terrain
• 10:00 AM: Group 2 departs for the field for an approximate 10–15-minute helicopter ride to our skiing terrain
• Mid-day: Helicopter skiing in our playground; lunch served in the field
• End of day (somewhere between 3 and 5): Both groups reconvene at the Smoky Mountain Lodge
• Après and Dinner
